Hi!
I'm Shelby.
I am a wife, mother and stay at home mom.
I am mom to 1 teen boy who is kind and witty.
and 1 preteen girl who is sweet and charming.
I am wife to an amazing, silly, supportive husband.
I'm crazy about them all, and at times they can all make me crazy!
I love making my house a home.
I love all food. I love to cook it, eat it and order it.
I love a bargain and and I'm a sucker for 10 for 10 sales and buy 1 get 1 free's.
I believe in old fashioned values when it comes to raising kids and I don't want them to grow up to fast.
I think being a stay at home mom, even now that my kids are older, is the most important job I could have.
I like lists, made beds and a tidy, organized house. I have too many dishes, cookbooks and coffee mugs.
I'm just learning to say no to things I will wish I had said no to later.
I love to read. I love dates with my husband.
I need to be better about exercise, drinking water and flossing .
I am insecure sometimes and doubt myself more than I'd like.
I try to get dressed everyday, really dressed. I spend too much money at TJ Maxx and Target.
I try to stay positive, and believe a good attitude makes all the difference sometimes.
I love all things old, vintage, and rustic.
I love to feather my nest and make my house a cozy home for my friends and family.

I love to feather my nest and make my house a cozy home for my friends and family.
I make a point to enjoy the little things in life and see the beauty in the everyday.
I am trying to raise kind, responsible, respectful people, stay madly in love with my husband and not lose myself in the process.
I'm a wanna be photographer, runner, cowgirl and writer... and was a wanna be blogger.... until now.
My Perfectly Imperfect World is my journey through life, its ups and its downs, the good, the bad, the beautiful and the ugly.
I blog about my thoughts, ideas, opinions, lessons I've learned and my everyday life.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you look around and come back often.

Me too! Most bloggers I find have little ones! Wonderful to "meet" a blogger with kids the same age. I looked around your blog last night, we could definitely get along! :) Looking forward to getting to know you better too! ~Shelby
